COVID-19 Update

In light of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, I would like to advise you on the actions being taken by Australian Training Products to support our team and our customers through the uncertainties we all face.

We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and we are monitoring updates from the Department of Health and Human Services on a daily basis. We would like to reassure you we’re actively monitoring and responding to this unprecedented situation and will continue to support you, our customers, through this turbulent time.

We are in regular contact with our printing supplier and at this stage, we do not foresee any impact on the production or distribution of our hard-copy workbooks.

We are also aware that there may be an increase in demand for eLearning products in the coming weeks as more employees and students decide to work from home and I would therefore like to assure you that our team is well equipped to deal with this influx.

Our customer service team will be functioning as usual during this time and the team will be available via phone or email. However, as a precautionary measure, all face-to-face meetings will either be rescheduled or moved to video conferencing, depending on your requirements.
